Another great shot of energy from the Japanese underground arrives at Cafe OTO with this double-bill of post-Overhang Party operatives Sachiko and Rinji Fukuoka.

Sachiko moved to Tokyo from her native Nagoya in the mid-nineties joining Jutok Kaneko's Kosokuya as a vocalist. At the turn of the century she added improvised violin to her soundworld and played bass with Overhang Party alongside Rinji Fukuoka. At the same time she kicked off the shamanic vocal duo Vava Kitora with Yama-Akago who released their first disc 'The Labyrinth of Angulimara' in 2004. In 2006 Sachiko released her first solo side 'You Never Atone For...' and toured Europe including a spot at Glasgow's legendary INSTAL festival.
